Naija Pin Pay with credits

Stop chasing directions. Send one link.

Send your customer one link. They confirm their building with their Digital Postcode, their phone's location or a Google Maps pin. Your rider gets a map link instead of a riddle.

The problem

Directions are a story. A postcode is a place.

Every seller in Nigeria knows the call: the rider is “around”, the customer is “just after the junction”. Naija Pin swaps the story for the one thing that doesn't move: the building.

Before

I'm in Wuse 2. After the big mango tree, turn left, the blue gate opposite the mosque.

Which mosque? Rider is at the junction.

The small one. Call me when you reach, I'll come out.

He has called you 3 times…

In short

Three steps. No training needed.

  1. 1

    Create a link

Add an order reference if you like, then copy the link or send it on WhatsApp.

  2. 2

    Customer confirms

They enter their Digital Postcode, share their location or paste a Maps pin, then confirm.

  3. 3

    Deliver

You get the delivery location, a map link and a message ready for your rider.

What you get

Made for the way you already sell.

  • A building, not a story

Your customer confirms the exact building. No more mango trees, blue gates or “call me when you reach”.

  • Three ways to answer

Digital Postcode, the phone's own location, or a pasted Google Maps pin. Whatever the customer has.

  • Ready for your rider

Every record carries a map link and a message you can forward as it is.

  • Private by default

Names, phones and notes are encrypted at rest and masked for staff. Records delete themselves on schedule.

How do credits work?

You buy credits in advance. A credit is used only when your customer confirms a location through your link; links that expire unanswered use nothing.

Does my customer need an app or an account?

No. They open the link in any browser, confirm their building and send it. It works on 3G and on older Android phones.

What if my customer doesn't know their Digital Postcode?

They can share their phone's location or paste a Google Maps pin instead. The link explains each option in plain words.

Does PinAm verify where my customer lives?

No. PinAm confirms the delivery location the customer chooses. A Digital Postcode identifies a building; it does not prove identity, ownership or residence.

How long do links and records last?

You choose how long each link stays open when you create it. Delivery records are deleted on a fixed schedule, and you can delete one sooner at any time.
